Kerry-Lynne Findlay, Chair

The Honourable Kerry-Lynne Findlay, P.C., K.C., serves as Chair of our Advisory Board, bringing unparalleled experience from her distinguished career in public service and leadership. She previously served as Chief Opposition Whip, Minister of National Revenue, Associate Minister of National Defence, and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Justice. Kerry-Lynne represented the communities of South Surrey–White Rock (2019–2025) and Delta–Richmond East (2011–2015) as a Member of Parliament. Additionally, she has held prominent roles within Canada’s legal community.

Elaine Allan, Vice Chair

Elaine Allan is the Vice Chair of our Advisory Board, providing strategic insight from her extensive experience in executive roles and community leadership across the private and non-profit sectors. She previously served as CEO of Skills Canada BC and is the founder of Inbox Impact, a communications studio that supports non-profit organizations, especially animal rescue groups. Elaine has twice been the Conservative candidate for Vancouver Centre, including the 2025 federal election where she achieved the highest Conservative result in that riding since 1988.
