Kelowna, BC: A new Pallas Data poll shows Conservative momentum is surging in Kelowna’s mayoral race, with incumbent Mayor Tom Dyas falling behind.

In a separate ballot test, former Conservative MP Ron Cannan, tested as a potential independent candidate, also leads at 25.3%, with Dyas again trailing at 13.7%.
